A mental health pep-rally that offers members of your community space to connect, celebrate themselves, share their wellness needs and experiences, exchange resources, and access support.
Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid is a training that provides key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. Available courses: MHFA for Higher Education, MHFA for Adults, Youth MHFA
Grief support space
Does your community need space to process loss, devastating transition or uncertainty? GetSomeJoy’s Grief Support Program combines mental health and grief workshops with joy-infused grief resources and connection to ongoing care.
