Unmuted: Grief Unfolded — A Guided Writing Experience
This month, The Lotus Club and guest cohost GetSomeJoy invite you into a cozy, healing space to explore grief in all its forms. Whether you’re navigating the loss of a loved one, a job, a friendship, or even an old version of yourself, you are not alone.
Come as you are—bring your journal, a blanket, and anything that makes you feel comfortable. Together, we’ll reflect, write, and share in community. Through guided exercises, mindfulness practices, and open dialogue, we’ll gently move through the stages of grief with compassion, presence, and care.
